Henry: One Man’s Way

The 1996 film Henry: One Man’s Way documents the work of animal rights activist Henry Spira, who is often considered the most effective animal advocate of the 20th century. Spira is best remembered for his efforts to reduce animal experimentation, and he was almost single-handedly responsible for exposing widespread cosmetic industry vivisection to the public. Spira’s efforts resulted in the dramatic reduction of infamous vivisection practices like LD50 and Draize tests.
